This kind of videos confuses me. Most of the people say that you need to rotate your pants and outwear almost daily.
Also, they say that shoes must be rotated daily from many hygiene, health and lifespan of material reasons.
The tops of course need to be changed daily especially if you sweat a lot, do many activities and so on.
Please let me know how could somebody follow these advices with only few clothing items?
